FAQs – Four seasons

When will I receive my cards?
I will send the current season’s card collection within a week of your  payment.  The next season’s collection will be sent three months later (following receipt of that season’s payment if you are paying quarterly).
How do the Seasonal postings work?
I am dividing up the months into Winter – December, January, February; Spring -March, April, May; Summer – June, July, August; Autumn – September, October, November.  So if you make your first order in December, January or February, at that point you would receive the Winter collection as your first posting, at whatever point during those three months that you ordered in; and the Spring collection three months later from that date.
Which cards are sent each Season?
The full collection will be a surprise, because that’s more fun!  But if you join my facebook group for Card Club members and other card lovers, then I’ll be giving away a few sneak peeks.  Each season will have a theme, and each season will have 4-5 plain cards, 4 birthday cards and 3-4 occasion specific cards ready for when you need them.
What are the cards made from?
My high quality cards are lovingly handmade using white linen-pattern card stock, mounted with an original glossy photographic print (using acid-free photo mount glue so they aren’t spoilt).  Each comes with a white envelope, and is wrapped in a clear cello bag to keep it clean and fresh.  I sign each one in the bottom corner, and each has my logo sticker on the reverse along with the photo title.  Some cards are occasion-specific with text added to the photo itself, but all are blank inside for your own message.
How do I add extra cards to my posting?
Let me know which cards you would like up to two weeks before your next Season is due to be posted; I’ll send you payment details and add them to your envelope.
How much is postage?
If you pay per Season / per quarter, then postage for each collection is £2.00.  If you pay for the year in advance, then postage is free.
Should I choose the Quarterly or Yearly payment option?
It’s up to you!  If it’s easier to pay at once, and/or if you’d like to save money on the postage, choose the Yearly option.  If you’d rather pay as you go, every Quarter / Season, choose the Quarterly option.
How does the Quarterly payment work?
When you subscribe from the shop checkout page, you have options to pay by bank transfer, or via Paypal.  If you choose to pay through Paypal, you can do so using your Paypal account, by setting up a new Paypal account, or by using a debit or credit card.  It should automatically set up the recurring payments every quarter (every three months), for two years.  If you choose the bank transfer option, you’ll then need to go into your online banking and set up a standing order to me every three months for two years.
How does the Yearly payment work?
When you subscribe from the shop checkout page, you have options to pay by bank transfer, or via Paypal.  If you choose to pay through Paypal, you can do so using your Paypal account, by setting up a new Paypal account, or by using a debit or credit card.  It should automatically set up the recurring payments every year, for two years.  If you choose the bank transfer option, you’ll then need to go into your online banking and set up a standing order to me every year for two years.
What if I want to extend my subscription?
I will remind you when your two years are nearly up to see if you wish to re-subscribe.  I will not raise the price of the subscription for you during the two years.
What if I want to cancel during the two years?
Your Quarterly subscription can be cancelled at any time, as I won’t send the next season’s collection until payment has been received.  Your Yearly subscription can be cancelled at any time but any refund is at my discretion if more than one Season is still to follow.

FAQs – Monthly Mix

When will I receive my cards?
Let me know which cards you would like, or which occasions you would like me to pick for you, for your first month’s collection once you have signed up, and I will send them in around a week.  Let me know about the next month during the next two weeks and I will send them a month after the first posting, after payment has been received if you are paying monthly.
Which cards are sent each month?
You can have a fun surprise, and I’ll choose a different set of 4 from that Season’s collection of 12 each month.  Or, you can choose any four of any of my cards, depending on who you know you will be sending them to, or just let me know if you’d like plain ones that month, or birthday cards etc., and I’ll pick out the designs for you.  If you join my facebook group for Card Club members and other card lovers, then I’ll be giving away a few sneak peeks of the season’s theme.
